If you come by train (to Didcot station), we can arrange a taxi and charge it to RAL if you let Jenny know when you will be arriving.

Please reserve your accommodation at Cosener's House through Jenny Dallimore (j.l.dallimore@rl.ac.uk) or by telephone on 01235 44 5618.

Please note: if you have difficulty parking at Cosener's, then just go to the Reception Desk and they will give you a permit for the council car park next door free of charge - just let them know you are attending the Astrogrid meeting.

Meals

The Consortium Dinner will be on Monday 19 June at Cosners House. Please sign up when you register.

Vegetarian options will be available with all meals.

Costs

RAL will pay for the cost of accommodation and for the meals had at Cosners, but not drinks from the bar. This should mean that most people will not need to pay anything and hopefully this will speed up the process of checking out.
